Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead shop-floor safety programs while promoting safety awareness and compliance with SOPs.
  • Ensure production output meets quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Analyse production and quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train, coach and develop shop-floor staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and technical standards.
  • Support production cost standards, facility improvements, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s/master’s degree in Textile Engineering or any other relevant discipline. 5–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or textile production.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and MRP systems.
