Manager PPC (Apparel)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, book, and control overall unit capacity (MRP & CRP) from Cut to Pack
- Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time order execution
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Sourcing teams for seamless supply chain and production alignment
- Track, analyze, and report production trends and booking fluctuations to management
- Continuously update production plans based on actual performance, material availability, and priority changes
- Identify potential bottlenecks and propose corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines
- Responsible for monitoring & controlling Work-In-Process across production stages to ensure smooth workflow, on-time deliveries, and optimal efficiency in garment manufacturing process
Skills:
- Expertise in PPC, Capacity Planning, and Production Scheduling
- Proficiency in ERP Systems, MS Excel, and production planning tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 9–10 years of relevant experience in Production Planning within Textile or Garment industry
