Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HR-related QMS procedures as per ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Maintain documents
- Training plans and records
- Identify training needs based on competency gaps and QMS requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Support internal audits and external certification audits.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions related to HR processes are implemented and tracked.
- Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement culture among employees.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and documentation
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Documentation and record-keeping skills
- Audit coordination and compliance knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification or knowledge of ISO 9001 / QMS standards preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a QMS/ISO-certified organization.
