DM Maintenance – Cut to Pack (Apparel)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control all machines on the production floor.
• Ensure all machines are fully operational and running smoothly.
• Maintain records and logs for all production floor machines and machine store equipment.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve machine-related issues without disrupting production.
• Manage and organize all machine-related folders, manuals, guides, and documentation.

• Strong team leadership abilities
• High attention to detail
• Sound technical knowledge of apparel machinery
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Education / Experience:

• B.A / F.A or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in the apparel industry
