Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Implement QMS procedures as per ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Identify Analysis documents & report on system Deficiencies.
- Monitor & Evaluate the effectiveness of QMS.
- Ensure Compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Train employees on quality management system procedures and processes.
- Perform internal audits and lead external audit activities.
- Manage and investigate customer complaints.
- Analyze data and produce reports to present to management.
- Monitor performance and implement corrective action plans.

Qualification / Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Apparel or related field or equivalent degree
- 3-4 Years of experience in QMS.
