- Support HR policies, procedures, and strategic HR initiatives across the organization
- Assist in recruitment activities including interview coordination and onboarding
- Act as a point of contact for employees to resolve HR-related queries and workplace concerns
- Support performance management and employee development programs
- Assist in implementing HR systems and digital solutions to improve HR efficiency
- Maintain accurate blue-collar employee records and HR documentation
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management review
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with labor laws.
Job Specifications:
- Education: Graduation / MBA in Human Resource
- Experience: 6β7 years in Textile or Manufacturing Industry
