Deputy Manager Internal Audit

Job Description

Division: Group Level

Location: Samad Apparel, Fiazi St, Asif Town, Lahore

Responsibilities:

·         Conduct post-audit and compliance audits as per the approved audit plan.

·         Conduct As-Is process analysis to identify inherent and residual risks.

·         Assess internal controls and perform control testing.

·         Design and execute substantive audit procedures based on audit objectives and detection risk.

·         Identify, document, and report control gaps and weaknesses.

·         Develop value-added recommendations for process improvements and re-engineering.

·         Assist management in policy and procedure development and updates.

·         Draft comprehensive audit reports and maintain audit documentation.

·         Review and evaluate SOPs and develop SOPs as per industry best practices.

·         Conduct special audits and investigations as assigned.

·         Ensure timely completion of audit assignments and follow-up on corrective actions.

Experience & Education:

·         CA inter/ finalist, ACCA part-qualified or finalist.

·         5-6 years of Internal Audit (Post Audit) experience in Manufacturing and apparel industry preferably denim.
