Deputy Manager IE – Workwear

Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Prepare Operation Bulletins (OB) and understand operation flow & machine requirements
• Apply strong knowledge of SAM (Standard Allowed Minutes) in production planning
• Support capacity calculation and line planning activities
• Assist in stitching production planning based on SAM
• Ensure smooth line flow and basic line balancing
• Follow and support standard methods and SOPs
• Monitor and record production data (efficiency, output, etc.) Assist in basic analysis and reporting for performance improvement
• Identify inline issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
  Coordinate with Production, Planning, and IE teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-5 Years of Experience in Industrial Engineering (IE) within stitching/apparel & workwear manufacturing
• Strong understanding of garment construction and production processes
  Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment
