One of Our client is currently looking to hire a dedicated and professional 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 to join their team.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞:
Ensure the smooth and uninterrupted functioning of the 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦 at all times.
Responsible for monitoring security systems and maintaining overall physical security across the facility.
𝟏. 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
Continuously monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access controls to detect any unusual activity.
Report incidents promptly and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
𝟐. 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
Control the issuance of gate passes for all outgoing items and assets from the building.
Verify items against approved requests to ensure only authorized materials leave the premises.
𝟑. 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Supervise daily deployment of security guards and ensure proper coverage at all posts.
Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and ensure guards are well-briefed on responsibilities.
𝟒. 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫 & 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
Manage entry procedures for visitors and vendors, ensuring proper approvals are in place.
Issue temporary badges and ensure all visitors follow security protocols during their visit.
𝟓. 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 (𝐁𝐚𝐝𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠)
Handle issuance, updates, and troubleshooting of employee access cards.
Ensure immediate deactivation of access for resigned or terminated employees as per HR instructions.
𝟔. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
Ensure all security operations comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Maintain confidentiality of security data and prepare regular reports on activities and incidents.
𝟕. 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥
Conduct periodic inspections to ensure systems and security measures are functioning properly.
Maintain inventory of control room equipment and support on-ground security operations.
𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚:
• Retired armed forces persons are encouraged to apply. Maximum age limit is 45 years.
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate, with 7–10 years of relevant experience in security management.
