Job Description:
- Support the HR Department and business units in implementing HR Policies & procedure across the organization.
- Manage HRIS data accuracy and reporting.
- Oversee payroll accuracy by coordinating and validating attendance, Overtime, and leave data prior to processing.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR queries and resolving workplace concern.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and prepare HR Reports and workplace analytics.
- Support the employee exit process by conducting exit interviews and and ensuring accurate and timely final settlements in compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s & Masters in Human Resource Management.
- 4-5 Years of experience in textile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal.
