Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain HR-related QMS procedures as per ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Maintain documents
  • Training plans and records
  • Identify training needs based on competency gaps and QMS requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Support internal audits and external certification audits.
  • Ensure corrective and preventive actions related to HR processes are implemented and tracked.
  • Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement culture among employees.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and documentation
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Audit coordination and compliance knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification or knowledge of ISO 9001 / QMS standards preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a QMS/ISO-certified organization.
